Talking to the Customer 📞📩
In Movegistics, think of your lead workflow through the 4 T’s: Talk, Type, Tag, Track.
1. Talk
-
Talking is the first point of contact—typically via phone call or email.
-
You can manually create the lead at this point and qualify them on the spot if the customer is ready to move forward.
-
If the lead isn’t ready yet, keep the conversation going through automated tools.
2. Type
-
Use automated emails and texts to stay in touch—built directly into Movegistics.
-
No external services needed like Mailchimp.
-
Use templates or custom messages to send appointment confirmations, follow-ups, or special offers.
3. Tag
-
Tag your leads to organize them quickly and accurately.
-
Common examples include:
Warm Lead,Storage,VIP,Commercial,Customer Referral. -
Tags enable advanced filters, saved views, and automation triggers.
4. Track
-
Use custom views to track follow-up priority, source, or campaign.
-
Reference the Pipeline to see which stage each lead is in—Lead Received, Contacted, In Discussion, Qualified, etc.
In the lead detail screen, you'll also find quick communication tools:
-
✉️ Email – Compose and send with merge fields.
-
💬 Text Message – Send SMS messages directly.
-
📞 Log a Call – Record call outcome and notes.
-
📝 Note – Add internal notes to document insights or next steps.
