The Events tab gives you a calendar-based view of all scheduled sales and service activities across your team. π Whether itβs on-site surveys, virtual walkthroughs, or follow-up calls, the Events screen ensures everyone stays aligned on what's happening each day.
This tab helps your business:

π How to Access the Events Tab
- From the Main Menu, click Events (below Payments).
- Youβll be taken to the calendar view, which defaults to the Week tab.

ποΈ Calendar Views & Navigation
The calendar offers multiple views:
- Day β See detailed events by time for a single day.
- Week β View all events across the current week.
- Month (accessible by using right-side date picker).
Use the arrows at the top to move forward or backward by day/week/month. Click Today to jump back to the current date.
The right-side mini calendar lets you jump directly to any date.

π Search & Filter Events
Use the search bar to look for:
- Contact names
- Event titles
- Assigned reps
Apply Event Filters to:
- Show events by specific team members
- Filter by event type (e.g., On Site Survey, Virtual Survey, Callback)
- Narrow down by time range

βοΈ Creating and Managing Events
- Click the + icon to create a new event.
- Set:
- Title (e.g., On Site Survey β John Doe)
- Time and date
- Assigned staff member
- Event type (On Site, Virtual, etc.)
- Description or notes
Once saved, the event will appear on the calendar and be visible to assigned staff.

π Syncing with External Calendars
At the top-right, youβll see the option to Sync Calendar:
- Turn this ON to integrate with Google or Outlook calendars
- Events created in Movegistics will show up externally for your team (if enabled)
π Syncing is ideal for reps and surveyors using mobile devices or working remotely.

π§ Pro Tip: Use Color Coding for Clarity
Each event type may appear in a different color based on team assignment or category. This allows you to:
- Spot priority tasks at a glance
- Separate virtual vs. on-site events visually
- Manage workloads by shift or location
