The Conversations tab in Movegistics 5.0 gives your team a centralized hub to manage all customer communication via email and text (SMS). ✉️📱 It streamlines internal workflows by letting you send, receive, and track messages directly from within the CRM.
By using the Conversations module, you can:

- Improve team accountability with shared inboxes ✅

📍 Where to Find the Conversations Tab
- From the Main Menu, scroll to Conversations.
- Expand the section to view:

Each option leads to separate inbox management and setup screens.

📧 Email Conversations Setup
Navigate to: Conversations > Email
Here, you can:
- Add New Inbox: Connect company or team email addresses (e.g., sales@yourcompany.com)
- Set Filtering Rules: Route messages by job type, stage, or team
- Create custom Signatures: Standardize email branding across users
Inbox Status:
- If you see “No Inboxes Setup,” click Add New Inbox to begin.
- Use connected inboxes to send/receive emails directly in Movegistics.

📲 SMS/Texting Conversations
Navigate to: Conversations > SMS/Texting
You’ll see two sections:

Dashboard
- Tracks messages used
- Shows pending SMS volume
- Displays phone number usage by location

Phone Numbers Tab (not shown):
- Purchase SMS numbers for locations
- Assign numbers to users or departments
From this screen you can:
- Buy new texting numbers
- Monitor text volume
- Ensure compliance with SMS limits and carrier policies
🔄 Text messages can be automated or sent manually to leads, booked jobs, or follow-ups.

🔐 Permissions & Setup
- Only admins can configure inboxes and texting numbers.
- Staff can only see conversations assigned to them or their department.
- Email/SMS templates and automation rules are controlled in the Templates and Automations modules.

🧠 Pro Tip: Filter Conversations by Job or Stage
Use rules to:
- Send sales emails to your sales team
- Route estimate texts to move coordinators
- Separate communication by location or role
This boosts efficiency and ensures the right team always responds first.
