How to Add, Update, and Remove Crew App Users
Introduction
The Crew App for Movegistics 5.0 is a mobile-only application designed for moving crews to efficiently manage their workflow from phones and tablets. Crew App user management is handled through the Movegistics 5.0 CRM under the Resources > Workers section. Users can either grant existing workers access to the app or create new users.
Step 1: Access the User Management Page
- Log in to Movegistics 5.0 CRM.
- Navigate to Resources from the left-side menu.
- Click on Workers to manage crew members.
Step 2: Adding a New Crew App User
- Click the + button to add a new worker.
- Fill in the required details:
- First & Last Name
- Phone Number (Optional)
- Home Address (Optional)
- Emergency Contact Name (Optional)
- Toggle the Crew App User switch to grant access.
- Click Save to create the new user.
Step 3: Granting Access to an Existing Worker
- Locate the worker in the Workers list.
- Click on their profile to edit.
- Toggle the Crew App User switch to enable access.
- Click Save to confirm the changes.
Step 4: Deactivating or Removing a Crew App User

- Toggle the Crew App User switch off to revoke app access while keeping their profile in the system.
Removing a User
⚠ Warning: Removing a user permanently deletes their account from the system.
- Locate the worker in the Workers list.
- Click on their profile and select Remove User.
- Confirm the deletion.

- Ensure you are logged in with admin permissions.
- Verify that the user details are entered correctly.
- If a crew member forgets their password, direct them to use the Forgot Password option on the login screen.
