Accessing the Contacts Module 👥

Navigate to Sales > Contacts from the left menu.

This brings up the Contacts information view where you can:

Search contacts by name, phone, or email

Filter by tags, company, contact owner, or source

Create or edit saved views

Export your contacts for reporting

Adding a New Contact âž•

Click the + (Add) button at the top-left of the Contacts screen.

Complete the form with the following details:
Contact Details:

First & Last Name
-
Email Address
-
Mobile and Home Phone Numbers

Contact Owner – The user responsible for follow-up

Company Name – If the move is being paid for by a company, link it here

Tags – e.g.,
Repeat Customer,Senior Move,High Priority -
Affiliate, Source, Date of Birth (optional)
Address & Move Info:

Home address details

Move date
-
Any internal notes for the sales or ops team

Click Save or Save & Add Another to continue adding.

Managing Existing Contacts 🛠️
Double click on any contact in the list to open their Contact Information View. From here, you can:

View and edit core information
- Edit the Contact Detail Screen (Change Contact information)

See all related Work Requests on the right

Review past emails, texts, notes, and call logs across the tabs

Access Field History to track when changes were made and by whom

Add new notes or trigger communication directly from the top menu
This ensures every move tied to a person is traceable and complete.

Company Association 🏢
If the move is being covered by a business, government agency, or other payer:

Link the contact to a Company Profile via the “Company Name” field

That company will be billed for the job

All work requests created from the contact will inherit that association
