🧭 Using Filters to Narrow Your List
The filter bar at the top of the Work Orders screen allows you to quickly narrow down results. You can filter by:

- Service Type (Local, Long Distance, Commercial)
- Pipeline Stage
- Activity Type (Pack, Load, Deliver, etc.)
- Assigned Crew or Truck
- Valuation Level
- Location or Branch
These filters can be combined to quickly create a focused view, such as: ✅ “All jobs Confirmed this week with no payment received.” ✅ “All Long Distance Pack + Load moves scheduled next Friday.”
.
.
💾 Saving Custom Views
If you find yourself using the same filters often, save them as a Saved View.
To create a view:
- Apply your filters
- Click Run an Save to save View
- Give it a name like “Today’s Dispatch” or “Pending Billing”
These views can be toggled quickly and shared with your team.
🧠 Pro Tip: Create views for different teams—dispatch, billing, and sales—to make everyone's workflow easier.
.
.
🧹 Clearing or Resetting Filters
To reset your search and return to the full list, just click the Clear Filters button at the top right of the filter bar.
