📍Where to Find It
Go to Operations > Confirmations on the left-hand menu. This screen shows customer and resource status side-by-side for each work order on a given date.

🧠 Understanding Confirmations
The screen includes two main confirmation types:
Customer Status: Indicates whether the customer has confirmed the job.
Resource Status: Indicates whether the crew or truck is assigned and confirmed.

✔️ How to Confirm Jobs
Navigate to the specific date using the calendar selector.
Locate the work orders showing a Pending customer status.
Click the checkbox to the left of the job to select it.
Click the Confirm button to update the customer status.
🎯 Important: The availability view uses the Customer Status to update the resource count—not the resource status. So if you want to reflect an accurate headcount on your calendar, confirming the customer is what counts.
