With the Pipelines view, your team can:

📍 How to Access the Pipelines Tab

1. Open the Main Menu.
2. Navigate to Operations > Pipelines.
   
   
    
3. You’ll see your jobs automatically grouped by status columns:
   • Booked
   • Truck(s) Assigned
   • Customer Confirmed
   • Published
   • Job Started
   • Closed Out
   • Won / Cancelled

Use the Month Selector at the top to filter jobs by month.

Understanding the Columns

Each column shows:

• The number of jobs in that stage
• The total dollar value of those jobs
• A progress bar indicating % completion

You can click into any job card to:

• View Work Order details
• See assigned crew, customer, job type, and scheduled time
• Add or edit Tags to highlight special requirements (e.g., Government, Piano, Crating)

🔁 Real-Time Job Progression

As you take action on Work Orders (like assigning a truck or publishing the job), Movegistics automatically advances that job card into the next column.

No need to manually drag — the pipeline updates based on real activity:

• Assign a truck → moves from Booked to Truck(s) Assigned
• Publish a Work Order → moves into Published
• Mark the job as started → moves to Job Started
• Close it out → moves to Closed Out

Each stage becomes a checkpoint for operational accuracy and accountability.
