Quick Add
📌 The ‘Quick Add’ shortcut allows users to instantly create the following records:
- Leads
- Contacts
- Companies
- Invoices
- Work Orders
- Work Requests
- Events
How to Use Quick Add:
- Click on the "+" (Quick Add) icon in the Shortcuts Menu.
- Select the desired record type to add a new entry.

Understanding Each Quick Add Option:
🔹 Add Lead: A potential customer who has shown interest in moving services but has not yet made a purchase. Leads are unqualified prospects that sales representatives must vet before converting them into a Work Request.
🔹 Add Contact: A qualified individual whose information is stored in Movegistics. Contacts are linked to companies and can include customers, referral partners, or key business associates.
🔹 Add Company: Businesses that are considered commercial customers. A company can have multiple contacts and multiple work requests associated with it.
🔹 Add Work Request: A qualified lead may request for moving services such as packing, loading, transportation, and unloading. It includes details like customer information, pickup and delivery locations, move date, inventory, and any additional services needed.
🔹 Add Estimate: A cost projection provided to a customer based on move distance, volume/weight of items, labor required, and additional services (e.g., packing, storage). Estimates can be binding, non-binding, and not-to-exceed.
🔹 Add Invoice: A document detailing the final charges for moving services, including a breakdown of services, payment terms, and due dates.
🔹 Add Work Order: A document outlining specific tasks required for a move, including assigned crew members, pickup and delivery locations, and customer instructions. It serves as an execution guide for the moving team.
🔹 Add Event: A scheduled survey, customer appointment, office event, work request-related activity (such as survey box deliveries), or reminder to call customers.

Users receive alerts whenever a Work Request, Lead, Contact, Estimate, Invoice, or Work Order is:
