What Are Current Follow-Ups?
Current Follow-Ups represent all tasks that are scheduled for today, based on each lead’s follow-up sequence and time slot.
These leads are:

Still active in your pipeline

Have an assigned follow-up for the current day
-
Organized by Follow-Up Stage (1–5)
You can use this screen to knock out your entire follow-up queue efficiently—no manual tracking needed.

Step-by-Step: How to View Current Follow-Ups
1. Go to the Follow-Ups Module
From the left-hand navigation menu, click:
Sales > Follow Ups
By default, you’ll land on the Current Follow Ups tab.
2. Use Filters to Stay Focused 🔍
Use the top filter bar to organize the view by:

Time Slot – Select AM or PM shift to work leads assigned to your current window

User – Filter follow-ups assigned to a specific sales rep

Search Bar – Quickly find customers, work requests, or tags
