How to View and Manage Missed Follow-Ups ⏰🚫
Why This Matters to Your Business 💼🔥
Missed follow-ups = missed revenue. When leads aren’t followed up on promptly, you risk losing them to competitors—or worse, forgetting them altogether. The Missed Follow-Ups view in Movegistics 5.0 is designed to catch what slipped through the cracks so your team can re-engage, recover, and convert. By acting on overdue tasks quickly, you improve sales accountability, boost conversion rates, and protect your pipeline.

What Counts as a Missed Follow-Up?
Movegistics automatically marks a follow-up as missed when its scheduled date and time slot have passed without being completed. Instead of disappearing, these leads are held in the Missed Follow-Ups tab so your team can take corrective action.

.
Step-by-Step: How to View Missed Follow-Ups
1. Go to the Follow-Ups Module
Navigate to Sales > Follow-Ups from the left-hand menu.
2. Select the "Missed Follow-Ups" Tab
At the top of the page, click Missed Follow-Ups.
You’ll see all leads and work requests with overdue follow-up actions.
3. Use Filters to Focus 🔍
At the top of the screen, apply filters to narrow your view:
-
Select User – View follow-ups assigned to a specific sales rep (Example shown for Upcoming Follow Ups)
-
Search Bar – Search by customer name, work request ID, or tag (Example shown for Upcoming Follow Ups)
These filters make it easy to manage by rep or shift and prioritize high-value opportunities.

Understanding the Follow-Up Card 🎴
Each missed follow-up displays as a card within its follow-up stage (1–5). From the card, you can quickly take action to reconnect with the lead.
Key Information Displayed:
-
Customer Name & Work Request ID
-
Move Date
-
Last Follow-Up Date
-
Next Follow-Up Date
-
Assigned Follow-Up Slot (AM/PM)
-
Lead Status & Probability %
-
Commercial/Residential Indicator

Actions You Can Take on the Card ⚙️
Each icon at the bottom of the card allows for quick communication and updates:
| Icon | Action | What It Does |
|---|---|---|
| 📞 | Call Log | Record that a call was made and log a call outcome. |
| ✉️ | Send Email | Open a pre-filled email template or write a custom message to re-engage. |
| 💬 | Send Text | Instantly send a follow-up text message if SMS is enabled. |
| 📝 | Add Note | Document context, objections, or next steps—visible across your team. |
| 💲 | Create Estimate | Start an estimate directly from the card to advance the sales process. |
| 📁 | Work Order | Convert or update the Work Request if the lead is ready to move forward. |
| ❌ | Disqualify | Mark the lead as not a good fit. This removes it from future follow-up queues. |
| ✅ | Confirm & Book | Use the green checkmark to confirm the move, mark the WR as booked, and remove it from your follow-up list. |
✅ Pro Tip: Once you've completed a missed follow-up action, update the “Next Follow-Up” date and time slot to keep the lead in your sales rhythm.

Reassign follow-ups to a different user if someone is unavailable
