Understanding the Follow-Up Dashboard 🤖
The Follow-Up Assistant automatically organizes your tasks based on activity stage and time. Instead of managing separate to-do lists, Movegistics categorizes follow-ups into logical sections so your reps know exactly what to focus on:
-
Current Follow-Ups – Tasks due today in the current time slot
-
Missed Follow-Ups – Overdue tasks that need immediate attention
-
Upcoming Follow-Ups – Tasks scheduled for future dates and times
Follow-ups continue through each stage (Follow-Up 1 to 5) until the lead is:
✅ Booked as a job
❌ Disqualified
🚫 Marked as lost

Step-by-Step: How to View Upcoming Follow-Ups
1. Open the Follow-Ups Panel
Go to the left-hand menu:
Sales > Follow-Ups
You’ll land on the Current Follow-Ups screen by default.
2. Switch to the "Upcoming" Tab
At the top of the screen, click Upcoming Follow-Ups.
This tab shows tasks scheduled for future time slots (e.g., morning, afternoon, evening).
3. Understand the Layout
Each column represents a follow-up stage (Follow-Up 1–5).
Tasks in this view display a grey bar, meaning they’re not overdue yet.
4. Use Filters to Focus 🔍
You can narrow your view by:
-
Sales Rep – View follow-ups assigned to a specific user
-
Time Slot – Select morning/afternoon/evening windows
-
Search Bar – Find leads by customer name or tag
5. Strategically Plan Your Day 📌
Use this screen to:
-
Pre-schedule call blocks
-
Plan site surveys or estimates
-
Ensure team members aren’t overloaded

What You’ll See on Each Follow-Up Card 🎴
Every follow-up—whether it's scheduled for later today or next week—appears as an interactive card under its designated follow-up stage (1–5). These cards give your sales team a quick-glance overview and instant access to essential actions.
Key Information on the Card:
-
Customer Name & Work Request ID
-
Move Date
-
Last Follow-Up Date
-
Next Follow-Up Date
-
Follow-Up Slot (AM or PM)
-
Lead Status (e.g., Lead Qualified)
-

-

These cards are organized into columns by stage (Follow-Up 1–5), making it easy to see where leads are in your outreach sequence.
