How It Works

The Truck Availability view inside the Availability Module gives your team full visibility into your fleet — helping you avoid scheduling mistakes, plan capacity accurately, and keep trucks on the road, not sitting idle.

Each row in this view represents a truck in your system, and each column represents a day. You’ll see real-time availability that reflects:

• Scheduled jobs the truck is already assigned to

• Maintenance or out-of-service days

• Location assignment (especially important for multi-branch operators)

• Vehicle tags (e.g., “Liftgate,” “Local Only,” “Out of Service”)

The module updates automatically based on what’s scheduled in the Dispatch calendar and what’s entered in the truck profile.
