Where to Find It
Navigate to Operations > Availability in the left menu. You’ll see a monthly calendar view with each day showing key capacity and rate data.

What You See on Each Day
Each date block includes the following data points:
- Revenue (top): Estimated booked revenue for the day
- 👷 Worker Usage: How many workers are assigned vs. how many are available
- 🚚 Truck Usage: How many trucks are assigned vs. available fleet
- ▷ Truck Utilization Bar: A horizontal bar showing utilization %
- 🔹 Color Coding:
- Green = Fully Booked (balanced)
- Red = Overbooked
- Gray = Underbooked
- ➕ Spot Rate Adjustment Button: Instantly change the rate for that day to influence bookings

Actions You Can Take
- Click the ➕ icon to make a day-specific rate adjustment. These changes reflect in real-time on the estimate screen.
- Use the left/right arrows to move between months.
- Click Expand (top right corner) to maximize the calendar for visibility.

How to Update Availability for Resources
Availability data in this screen is powered by settings for:
🧑 Workers
- Navigate to Resources > Workers
- Add or edit workers with full details (pay type, tags, target hours, etc.)
- Use the Recurring Availability button (top right) to set weekly schedules
- Set Time Off via the Resource Availability tool for specific dates
🚛 Trucks
- Go to Resources > Vehicles to add/edit truck records
- Track registration, insurance, and maintenance dates
- Adjust vehicle availability in the same way as workers
🛠️ Contractors, Equipment & Tools
- Contractors can be managed the same way as workers via Resources > Contractors
- Tools and Equipment can be tracked but don’t directly affect the Availability calendar unless added to teams
Availability shown in this screen is based on team templates, recurring schedules, and resource time off. Ensure these are properly maintained to reflect accurate data.

Pro Tips 🔧
- Track truck utilization most closely—it's typically the constraint on your capacity.
- On green days, raise rates to increase profit.
- On red days, consider reallocating resources or reducing rates to reduce overbooking.
- Encourage sales staff to reference this calendar during quoting—it’s visible in the Add Work Request screen.
