How to Access Profile Settings ⚙️
To view or update your profile settings:

- Click on your profile picture at the top-right corner of the Movegistics 5.0 screen.
- A small overview menu will appear, displaying your Organization ID(Under company name left side) and Location Number(Office name right side).
- Click Profile from this small overview to navigate to the detailed Profile Settings screen.

Profile Fields Explained 📝
Here’s a breakdown of each field and why it’s important:

📧 Email Address (Locked)
The primary email tied to your profile. This is used for login, system alerts, and communication templates.
Why it matters: Keep this accurate to avoid missing critical notifications.
🔒 This field cannot be changed by users. Please contact support@netensity.com for any updates.
🌐 Time Zone (Locked)
Controls the timestamps on all CRM activities—calendar events, job logs, follow-ups, and automated messages.
Why it matters: Incorrect time zones can result in missed appointments or wrongly scheduled jobs.
🔒 If your time zone is incorrect, please reach out to support@netensity.com.
🕓 Date Format
Choose your preferred date display (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY).

☎️ Phone Number
