Accessing Calendar Settings

Click the gear icon at the top-right corner of Movegistics.

In the left-hand Settings menu, click Calendars.
You'll find three main configuration tabs:

π Time Configuration Tab
This tab controls how your company structures working hours and event durations:

Start and End Times for Your Workday: Default working hours (e.g., 7:00 AM β 7:00 PM)

Available Time Slots: Choose slot increments like 30 mins, 1 hour, etc.

Default Event Duration: Set how long new calendar events last (e.g., 60 minutes)

Default Work Order Duration: Set how long work orders last by default (e.g., 4 hours)

Default Work Order Start Time: e.g., 11:00 AM

End Time Visibility Estimate On/Off: On your Work Order, moves that consist of multi-day or hourly open ended estimates, users have the option to turn off the end time visibility.

This section controls the look and feel of the calendar:

First Day of Your Work Week: Choose which day the calendar week starts (e.g., Monday)

Sold Out Color on Calendar: Assign a HEX color to visually block unavailable time slots
