🛍️ How to Access and View Existing Automations

Go to Settings > Automations from the left-hand menu.

You’ll see a full list of existing automation rules, including:

Rule Name
-
Rule Type (Text Rule or Email Rule)
-
Occurrences (how many times the rule has fired)
-
Template Used
-
Created By & Date
-
Active Toggle (On/Off)

🔍 You can filter automations by Rule Type or use the search bar to locate specific rules.

🛡️ Creating a New Automation

Click the blue plus (+) icon at the top left.

Enter a Rule Name to easily identify your automation.

Configure each block in sequence:
1️⃣ Rule Type

Choose between:

Email Rule: Sends an email using a prebuilt template

Text Rule: Sends a text message template

2️⃣ Audience
Define who the message is going to and from:

To: Customer, Work Request Owner, Contact Owner
-
CC/BCC options available based on the module
3️⃣ Template

Pick from existing Email or Text Templates
-
Templates must be created first under Settings > Conversations > Templates
4️⃣ Triggers
Choose the event that activates the rule:

5️⃣ Filters
Narrow your automation to only fire under specific conditions:

Company Type: e.g., Government, Military

Service Type: e.g., Long Distance, International

Job Type, Stage, Tags, Pipeline, Storage, etc.
6️⃣ Delay

Choose Immediate or schedule the automation for a Future Date/Time
