🔄 QuickBooks Integration

Integrate QuickBooks to automatically sync invoices and payments, improving your accounting accuracy and reducing delays.

How to Set Up QuickBooks Integration:

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > QuickBooks.
   
   

2. Click Connect Account to authorize your QuickBooks.

3. Toggle Sync Invoices to ON to sync invoices when they are created, updated, or voided.

   • ⚠️ Be sure to disable automatic credit application in QuickBooks settings:

     • Go to Settings > Account and Settings > Advanced > Automatically apply credits and set it to OFF.

4. Toggle Sync Payments to ON to sync payments when they are received or applied.
   

Key Sections:

• Default Product/Service: Select a fallback product to tag unmapped items.

• Product/Services Mapping: Align Movegistics services like Line Haul, Storage, Packing with corresponding QuickBooks items.

• Tax Mapping: Map Movegistics tax fields to QuickBooks tax codes.

• Line Item Mapping: Assign specific QuickBooks services to extra charges like Fuel or Equipment Fees.

• Payment Mapping: Connect Movegistics payment modes (Check, Card, Cash) with QuickBooks modes and deposit accounts.
