🖊️ Creating a New Form
To create a new form:

Go to Settings > Marketing > Forms.

Click the blue + button to add a new form.

Enter a name for your form and click Next.
Add Fields:
Drag and drop fields from the Lead Module section on the left into the live preview panel on the right.

Popular fields include: First Name, Email, Mobile Number, Move Date, Origin and Destination Info.

📨 Set Up Follow-Up Email
After a user submits the form, you can send them an automatic email reply.

Navigate to the Follow-Up tab.

Click Create Follow-Up Email.

Fill out the Subject Line, Email Body, and optionally a Footer.

💡 Configure Form Options
Under the Options tab, choose what happens after form submission:

Display a thank you message, or
-
Redirect to another page (e.g. confirmation page on your site)
You can also:

Send notification emails to your team (enter recipient email addresses).

Enable "Always create contact for new email address" toggle to avoid duplicates.

👁️ Preview and Publish
Once your form is set up:

Click on the Preview tab to see exactly how your form will appear to visitors.

If satisfied, click Publish to make it live.

Or choose Save as Draft if you're not ready to launch it yet.

🔗 Embed or Share Your Form
After publishing:

You'll receive two options: Embed Code or Share Link.

To embed the form on your website, copy the HTML
<iframe>code and paste it into your website's code. -
To share, use the direct link provided to place on landing pages, email campaigns, or anywhere your customers can access it.
This flexibility allows you to integrate forms exactly where your audience interacts with you most.
