Navigating to Payment Settings

1. Click on the gear icon at the top-right corner of your Movegistics dashboard.

2. From the left-hand menu, click Payments.

You’ll see two main tabs:

• Payment Gateway

• Stripe Setup

Adding a New Payment Gateway

To connect Stripe or Authorize.Net:

1. Go to the Payment Gateway tab

2. Click the blue + icon

3. In the setup modal:

   • Select Stripe or Authorize.Net as your Payment Type

   • Give the integration a custom name (e.g., "Stripe - HQ")

4. Click Submit

🔁 Note: You can add multiple gateways, but only one can be active per office location.

Stripe Setup Guide

To activate Stripe:

1. Switch to the Stripe Setup tab

2. Click the blue + icon and select Stripe

3. Provide a name and complete the Stripe onboarding by:

   • Creating a new password for Stripe dashboard

   • Entering business info: name, address, contact, and bank info

   • Submitting your details for Stripe approval

4. Once approved, you'll be redirected back to Movegistics

⚠️ Incorrect details may delay approval—double check everything before submitting.

While Authorize.Net can be selected in the gateway dropdown, full setup guidance is still in development. It may currently require manual API credential setup.

Managing Gateways & Activation

Once a gateway is set up:

• Use the Active toggle to enable or disable it

• Only one active gateway is allowed per location at a time

• Deactivate existing ones to switch
