Accessing User Settings โ๏ธ

Click the gear icon (โ๏ธ) at the top-right corner of your Movegistics 5.0 dashboard.

From the Settings menu, select Users.

Editing a User Profile ๐ค
You can update individual user details to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
How to Edit:

Check the box next to the userโs name.

Click Edit at the top.

Update the necessary fields.
Editable Fields Include:

Name โ Appears in system logs and internal communication.

Email Address โ Used for login, password recovery, and system notifications.

Phone Number โ Optional; helpful for internal contact.

Time Zone โ Ensures all scheduled events and emails reflect local time.

Date Format โ Customize how dates are displayed for each user.

Resetting User Passwords ๐
Forgotten password or security issue? Easily reset a userโs password.
Steps to Reset:

Select the checkbox next to the userโs name.e

Click Reset Password from the top menu.

The user will receive an email with instructions to set a new password.
