đź§ Accessing the Tag Settings Screen
Step 1: Click the Settings Icon

Locate the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen and click it to enter system settings.
Step 2: Navigate to Tags

In the left-hand menu, click on Tags.

You’ll now see the Tag Settings screen, where all tags can be created, modified, or deleted.

Step 1: Add a New Tag

Click the blue plus (+) button to start a new tag.
Step 2: Define the Tag

Tag Name: Enter a meaningful name like "Invalid Phone Number" or "Hot Lead".

Module: Select the area where the tag will be used (e.g., Leads, Work Requests, Resources).
Step 3: Customize Tag Appearance

Select Sales, then click on Leads.
Step 2: Open a Lead Record

Double-click on any lead to open the details page.
Step 3: Assign a Tag

Click Add Tags at the top left.

Scroll or search to locate the desired tag (e.g., “Invalid Phone Number”).

Check the box next to the tag, then click Apply.
