1. Navigate to Settings > General > WO Activities.

2. To add a new activity, click on the blue + button located at the top left.

3. Fill out the required fields in the "Add WO Activity" window:

   • Activity Type: Enter a clear and descriptive name for the activity (e.g., "Delivery Route", "Materials Drop Off").

   • Job Type: Select an existing job type associated with this activity from the dropdown list.

   • Description (optional but recommended): Provide additional context or instructions regarding this activity.

   • Jobs Calendar Display Color: Select a distinct color to visually differentiate this activity on the Jobs Calendar. This helps streamline visual organization and quickly identify different activities at a glance.

4. Once you've completed the information, click Save.

Your newly created activity will now be listed under the WO Activities tab, clearly visible and ready to be scheduled as part of your work orders.
