Follow the steps below to set up or adjust tax types:

Navigate to Settings > General > Taxes.

Click the blue + button at the top left to add a new tax.

In the "Tax Type" window, fill out the following fields:

Tax Name: Enter a recognizable name for the tax (e.g., "GST", "Sales Tax").

Amount (%): Specify the tax rate as a percentage.

Description (optional but helpful): Include additional details to clarify the use or region for the tax.

Click Save to finalize and activate the new tax.
The new tax will now be available for use in line items and invoices based on the service area.
