Accessing Follow Ups Settings

Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.

Expand the Sales section in the left sidebar.

Click on Follow Ups.
You’ll land on a screen with two tabs: SLOTS and STAGES.

1. Configuring Follow Up Slots 🕰️
The Slots tab allows you to define the hours during which follow-up actions are allowed. This ensures leads are only contacted during optimal hours.
Default Configuration:

The system defaults to 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, but you can modify this.
How to Customize:

To edit, click the pencil icon next to an existing slot.

To delete, click the trash icon.

To add a new slot:

Click Add Slot

Enter a Slot Name, Start Time, and End Time

Click Save

🧰 Use Cases:

Morning slot: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Afternoon slot: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Evening slot: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

2. Creating Follow Up Stages 🌟
The Stages tab lets you build a sequence for follow-up attempts (e.g., Follow Up 1, Follow Up 2…).
How to Configure:

Click Add Stage to insert a new follow-up step.

Type in your Stage Name (e.g., Follow Up 1).

Repeat for as many steps as you'd like.

Use the trash icon to remove any stages.

Click Save Changes once you're done.
This creates a guided follow-up journey, making it easier for sales reps to track progress and move leads forward automatically.

3. Using the Follow Up Module in Action 🚀
Once your Slots and Stages are configured, here’s how your reps will use them:

From the main Movegistics dashboard, click the Movegistics logo to go back home.

Go to Sales > Follow Ups.

You’ll now see cards sorted by Follow Up stage—leads automatically move to the next stage each time a follow-up is logged.
No more spreadsheets or forgetting where a lead left off—the system handles it!
