Click the gear icon in the top-right of the Movegistics dashboard to open Settings.

In the left-hand navigation, expand the Sales section.

Select Notes.
Here you will see a list of existing notes, categorized by:

Service Type (e.g., Local, Interstate, Commercial)

Active toggle switch
You can use the Active toggle to enable or disable visibility of each note.

Click the blue plus (+) button at the top-left of the Notes screen.

Fill in the following fields:

Title: Use a clear, descriptive title (e.g., "Packing Instructions", "Elevator Access Alert")

Service Type: Choose from Local, Commercial, Interstate, etc.
