๐ง How to Access Crew App Settings

Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of Movegistics.

From the left-hand menu, expand the Crew App section.

Choose between:

๐ General Settings
Under Crew App > General, you'll find toggles for key functionality:

Tip Selection: Allow customers to leave a tip during job completion.

Rating & Review: Enable customers to rate their experience with your crew.

Crew App: Toggle overall access to the Crew App (useful for temporarily disabling access).
These settings apply globally to all crew devices.

๐ Crew Activities
This section allows you to manage time-tracked activities for job performance, such as Drive Time, Packing, Loading, and more.
Each activity includes:

Name & Icon: Easily identify each activity.

Type: Choose from Drive Time, Load/Unload, Pack/Unpack, etc.

Billable: Toggle to indicate if the activity is billable.

Double Drive: Enable if double drive time applies to the activity.

Updated/Created Dates: Track when the activity was last modified.
-
Active: Toggle on/off to manage activity availability in the app.

๐ Crew Templates
Crew Templates are digital forms your crew completes in the app. These can include waivers, checklists, and customer verification.
To manage these:

Go to Crew App > Crew Templates.

You can view or add templates with:

Name
-
Type: Forms and Documents, Terms & Conditions, etc.

Service Type: Define where this template applies (e.g., Commercial, Local).

Signature Location: Choose Origin, Destination, or Others.

Active: Toggle visibility for crews.

To Add a New Template:

Click the blue plus (+) icon.

Fill out:

Name

Template Type

Service Type
-
Add your formatted template content

Click Save
